Archi Works is a Manufacture intemporelle—a confidential independent microbrand founded in 2022. Its watches are designed in Paris and made in Switzerland, blending Swiss watchmaking expertise with a distinct Parisian design sensibility.

Founded by Richard D. Ménasé, Archi Works reflects his enduring passion for horology and his extensive experience in the watch industry since 2015.

All new Archi Works timepieces are covered by a one-year mechanical warranty, reflecting our commitment to quality and reliability. This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing and mechanical defects under normal conditions of use and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear caused by the buyer.

We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and credit cards through our platform. All payments must be made in full and in Euros. Once your payment is completed, an invoice will be issued, and your order will be processed and shipped.

For customers outside Europe, IBAN and BIC numbers must be provided. Please refer to our account details listed below. If payment is not received within 7 days, Archi Group (Archi Works) reserves the right to release the hold on the watch and cancel your order.

Pre-orders are open for a period of 10 to 20 business days. Production will begin once the pre-order window has closed. When the watch is ready to ship, customers will receive an email notification with all relevant information. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to limited editions.

All items are carefully packed and shipped via express couriers such as FedEx or UPS Priority. Each shipment is fully insured. We strongly recommend opening the parcel in the presence of the courier to verify its condition and document any potential damage incurred during transportation. Failure to do so may prevent us from guaranteeing a full refund for shipping-related damage.

Please note that for shipments outside the European Union, Archi Group (Archi Works) is required to declare the full retail value of the order. As a result, local duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Limited edition timepieces are sold as final sale and are expressly excluded from any right of withdrawal, return, or refund. Due to their exclusive, limited-quantity and time-restricted nature, such products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once an order has been confirmed.

By placing an order for a limited edition product, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. No refund shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, delayed delivery, or unsuccessful customs clearance.
