We offer a 1 year mechanical guarantee on all new Archiworks® releases. This mechanical warranty does not cover damages that the buyer might cause.

All items are carefully packed and shipped via express couriers such as FedEx or UPS Priority. Your shipment is fully insured, please open the parcel in front of your courier to attest any potential damages caused during transportation. If you do not do this, we cannot guarantee the full refund of your order due to transportation damages. Please keep in mind that for shipments outside the EU, Archi Group (Archiworks®) is required to declare the retail value of the order which might be subject to fees and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Potential taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that withdrawal rights do not apply to limited editions. This is because limited editions are sold exclusively during a specific time frame and cannot be resold after a return or refund. Additionally, pre-orders with a time limit cannot be refunded either before or after the pre-order period has ended.
